How to Make a Payment

HPSD accepts cash, checks, money orders and VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Make checks and money orders payable to the Huttonsville Public Service District.

There are several ways to make your payment:

• Online: Use our secure online site to pay your bill with Visa, Mastercard or Discover card.
• Doxo Bill Pay Service: Use Doxo to pay with a free ACH/E-Check (1-3 business days to process).
• Mail: Please send it with your billing stub and account number to:

• After-hours Drop Box: The drop box is located at the back of our main office building in Mill Creek, WV.
• In Person: Our main office service counter accepts payment during office hours, 7:00am-3:00pm.

• Direct Pay from Your Bank Account: Many local banks provide payment options through their websites.
