HPSD accepts cash, checks, and money orders. We accept accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Make checks and money orders payable to the Huttonsville Public Service District.

There are several ways to make your payment—by mail, by secure online site, by phone, in person, and by drop-box. See our “Pay Your Bill” page for more information.

Billing Rates & Policies

Our rates are based on Public Service Commission of West Virginia tariffs. All utilities in the state of West Virignia are regulated by this commission. For more information on specific rate charges please refer to these pages:
