How to Pay
HPSD accepts cash, checks, and money orders. We accept accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. Make checks and money orders payable to the Huttonsville Public Service District.
There are several ways to make your payment—by mail, by secure online site, by phone, in person, and by drop-box. See our "Pay Your Bill" page for more information.
Billing Rates
